Desirae Slaugh is a strong support professional with a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.), currently working as a Salesforce Business Analyst based out of Atlanta, GA.
Entering the Salesforce Ecosystem in 2012 initially as and end user, then as many others, becoming an accidental admin in 2014. Pushing to drive her organization’s utilization of Salesforce, she works closely with end users to gather, understand and define business requirements and push for collaboration with the full believe that knowledge should be shared and built upon.
Desirae is actively involved in her local Salesforce Saturday group and attends as many local and regional events as she can to stay up-to-date on new Salesforce functionality. 2017 was a big year for Desirae as she obtained her MBA, transitioned into a new role as Salesforce Business Analyst, received her Administrator certification, reached Ranger status on Trailhead, attended her first Dreamforce and used a phased rollout to transition 600+ end users to the Lightning UI in a mere six weeks. All of that hard work when Salesforce presented her with a Golden Hoodie at the 2018 Atlanta World Tour.
