My Doc or Your Doc? Client Facing Documentation VS Project Team Documentation

Being a BA means producing documentation for the client and for the project team. There can and should be differences in these types of documentation. We'll discuss the key characteristics of client-facing documentation and what factors influence the composition, level of detail/technicality, and level of collaboration for client documentation. We'll also cover internal project team documentation and the key differences between these documents and those shared with the client.
